About This Game

In the fictional world of BeachHead, there are no established nations, armies, or complex military-industrial structures. Instead, what exists are vast quantities of abandoned weaponry left behind by crumbling states. Currently, various factions are vying for supremacy, with one of the most formidable forces being the death army led by Musso-Khan. The conflict is now stark and straightforward: it’s a battle between those who seek domination and the rest of humanity. In essence, this struggle symbolizes a broader contest – a battle for the future of our planet. It’s a choice between autocrats and freedom, between decentralization and empowering individuals, or centralization and consolidating power among the elite.

The original BeachHead 2000 game unfolded on an anonymous beach in an unnamed country. This land was intentionally free of identities and labels, mirroring the faceless enemy that relentlessly plagued its grounds. Devoid of a national anthem, values, or a moral compass, its inhabitants, driven by a shared hatred, fervently defended that small stretch of sand. The gameplay offered instant gratification but lacked purpose, mission, or incentives to dive deeper into the alternative reality. This, however, has changed. This world isn’t a mere illusion; it’s a tangible reality, existing in a parallel dimension to our own, complete with its own social structure and functioning economy.

Hello, this is Pepe Moreno, the original creator of the BH2000 series. Digital Fusion Inc. is my development company, responsible for the mega-hit original BH2K game series on PCs and arcades worldwide. I had a successful career in comics and am a storyteller by nature and profession. Originally, BeachHead was meant to be a world, but at that time, games were relatively simple, and the arcade nature limited its potential. The new BeachHead, however, was designed to be expansive, not a one-shot deal, but a full VR game and living experience in an open-ended, ever-growing game world in a parallel universe to our own, complete with its social structure and economy—a kind of RPG-like turret defense shooter. The early access period was intended for developing the full game and its features, along with addressing the scope of the BeachHead world, including BH City. However, due to funding constraints for the big idea all at once, we decided to change the game structure to a progressive implementation towards the full BeachHead World experience, one battle at a time.

INTRODUCING BH BATTLES (1.0)

Welcome to “BeachHead Battles,” a thrilling new way to experience BeachHead. BeachHead Battles takes the progressive gameplay you loved from the original while progressively building the entire BH World. As a DEFENDER, you’re not just a player; you’re a guardian of freedom and the cherished way of life in this world, defending its citizens against the malevolent Musso Khan and his death army. Select your unique character/defender, harness their abilities, and unlock the weaponry and accessories essential for victory. With each kill and triumphant battle, you earn valuable BHC (BH credits), providing you with the means to shape your destiny in the vibrant BH marketplace. Expect the unexpected in every battle, except one thing – rewards and an array of cool, indispensable items await you. Dive into BeachHead Battles and become the hero this world needs!

If and when you finish the first battle set (11 battles), you can choose to replay the battles at a higher level of difficulty, and for higher rewards, the higher the difficulty the higher the reward. If we balance the game properly (and we are always open to suggestions) you will be able to play almost indefinitely and earn enough BHC to buy whatever you want even the expensive property in the game and real estate in the city.

As originally intended, the BH marketplace is now seamlessly integrated into the game, whether you play it on Steam or directly from our platform. Regardless of your chosen platform, your earnings and in-game position remain unaffected. This dynamic feature introduces fascinating variations to the game. If you’ve opted for the premium version by paying upfront on Steam, you won’t encounter microtransactions or additional charges. Your premium status within the Steam platform ensures that everything remains free, allowing you to amass wealth in the game fantasy and engage in the transacting values within the BeachHead marketplace. Picture the Sims embarking on a war to safeguard their world from the clutches of a ruthless dictator.

BH Defenders

Meet the BeachHead Defenders, a group of unique and AI-generated heroes who protect everything we cherish in the BH world. Created using our own data and design and curated by comic book legends Pepe Moreno and Larry Hama, each Defender is an NFT with its own in-game powers and attributes. BH Weapons

In the fictional world of BeachHead, there are no established estates, standing armies, or military-industrial complexes. Instead, there’s an abundance of leftover weapons from failing states, forming a technological landscape symmetrical to contemporary warfare. The weaponry mirrors what exists in the real world today, accessible through a simple Google search. However, in BeachHead, there’s no ongoing industrial development of new weapons; instead, the emphasis is on utilizing the existing arsenal. Weapons are either maintained, repurposed, or captured and repainted, leaving ample room for imagination, technical expertise, and resourcefulness.

Twenty long years ago, game developer DIGITAL FUSION INC and Global VR revolutionized arcade gaming with BEACHHEAD 2000 VR, a first-ever generation VR game and one of the most popular and addictive arcade titles ever created. Before that, BEACHHEAD shook up the PC world gaming establishment by being one of the first to introduce the concept of quick easy to play, arcade-style games into the early computer market, becoming one of the most internationally recognizable titles of all times.

BeachHead is a legendary game with the most incredible saga of addictive gameplay and international success. (for more than 30 years). From the beginning of gaming back in 1982 and the Commodore 64 to the present day, BeachHead has been an immensely successful game brand with millions of fans worldwide and tens of thousands of plays in consoles, desktop computers, and arcades.

We are not new to the notion of VR gaming. In fact, the BeachHead VORTEK Hood in the original arcade version was the first of its kind in the VR gaming world. In 2000 VR gaming was very new and almost nonexistent. Foreseeing that VR gaming would become popular, combined with the easy-to-play arcade-style design, led to huge successes for BeachHead around the world. BeachHead became the number one top-earning game in the U.S. and many other countries around the world.
